I wrote a couple days ago about drinking a cup of coffee then doing some yard work, well had a ekg and it wasnt the coffee it was a small heart attack. Dr. Says i need to cut back on the workouts and relax stop stressing not as easy as it seems. No new meds right now, which is good

My heart has always been kinda kookie, ive had two heart attacks before major one. At 16. And a small one a few years ago. So it was not my gastric bypass that caused it. Ive been walking for two hours a day i just over did it. I will slow down for sure.

Glad you're OK, but OMG what a scare! Please take it easy and maybe just walk an hour a day instead of two! LOL We all want you here! You're such an inspiration to us pre-oper's.

Ok all I can OMG glade you still here with us and please do as dr's say,That day you diffently had a ANGELA with his/her wings wraped around you .
I hope you have nomore issues but still be careful and DONT over do it nomore.
