So i had alot of yard work to do today and decided i would drink a cup of coffee for the extra energy. Big big mistake about ten minute after i drunk it i was raking and felt like i was gonna have a heart attack, ive had a heart attack before and this felt identical luckily it passed within a few minutes but i kept having a racing heart and shakiness. I didnt put sugar or cream in my coffee so im not sure if it was dumping. I think it was the caffiene. Im 8 months out and ive had coffee twice before but i didnt start workin afterwards. I still got my yard work done a good 7hours of working :) my hands and feet hurt but its worth it.
I hope it was only the caffeine.... I wouldn't try that again either...
I hope you don't have to go through that again....
I drink coffee all nite and sometimes all day too depending if I am working or off, no probelms. Maybe you are extra sensitive to it.

I drink A LOT of fully leaded coffee... since 1 month out without issue.
This could be the warning signs that I have prior to a hypoglycemic episode that has caused me to have two seizures.
Read online how coffee can bring on a seizure, especially after carbohydrates. Be careful, my emergency room visits, tests and ambulance rides are almost 10,000 dollars.
