I don't know that this is that is attacking my mind and body today but it has got to go - I'm suppose to be getting caught up on some much needed work today but I feel dizzy, vision is blurred, tugging sensation in my ear and hurt all over - so It's bed rest for the rest of the day - No I am not postop yet, but psychologically my mind has been going overboard - over thinking the surgery now that it is getting over and my anxiety levels are high. Taking the day to sit back and rest - clear head, that's the focus for today.

Normal, plus if on the liquid diet before the surgery makes you weak and listless. After the surgery by week two, your energy comes back plus some. Calm down. Feel better.

hey mama...

I hope you are feeling more like yourself soon. shake off those boogers, put on your best praise music and just soak in His presence. sounds like you need to rest up in our Daddy's arms and get His rest. this will get better.

Thank you all for the love and support, I am really fighting these feelings of anxiety right now but i have to be honest they get overwhelming sometimes. There is something that I haven't share with anyone and it's eating me up inside and I can't share it because it hurts way to much go talk about right now but i know if I don't release it soon it could potentially through me off course and cause me to cancel my surgery. I am seeking God like never before on how to handle this because my heart hurts. I love you all and your support so far is the glue that has been holding me together i just don't know if it is enough. Some days I have all the strength in the world and can encourage every one around me but today I can't encourage myself. I trust in God and I know that this too shall pass. I am sorry if i put it out there that I have all the answers because obviously i don't and it was never my intention to appear as if I have it all together because truly I have my days.

I dont know you all that well... but what I have read has been nothing short of inspirational... including this latest post...

You are only human... and you too have a full plate to juggle... you would tell us to cut ourselves some slack.. practice it maybe?

Find someone SOON that you can talk and confide in and do not allow this secret this fear this demon to have any more hold on you... I speak from excperience... it will consume you..it will look to destroy you... and you have the power not to let it..

Let us encourage you for a change.... it makes it easier for us to accept your encouragement when it becomes our turn... and God knows we all have our turn...

Do what you need to do to take care of you... because you DO matter

I'm so sorry you are feeling this way. I've only been on this site for a couple of days but I've learned for myself that emotions are a roller coaster sometimes. The purpose of this site, as I understand it, is so that EVERYONE has a chance to vent sometimes, be supportive and encouraging to others sometimes and EVERYONE has good and bad days. No one is perfect and no one expects them to be here. Take care of yourself. Tomorrow the sun will rise and it will be a new day.
