Hello everybody! I am 4+ months out from RNY. This board has been my lifesaver and I want to thank you all! Like most of you, I did months of research prior to surgery. Even though I was well informed and ready for surgery, there were so many questions I didn't even think about until after the fact. By using the Discussions Search Box I have been able to find answers and solutions to all of my questions. Searching for pain, dumping, constipation, calories, fat, carbs, meds and much more, I was able to go back through the discussions and find information from others that were much father along than I. Thanks to everyone for their contributions on this journey!

I come back to share what I learned, and always end up strengthened and learning more by the sharing. There's a tremendous amount of wisdom in this group, and everyone's been so great and kind.
