So, yestereday was my first day back to work and I feel awesome and am so happy to be back. I had a great day and received so many compliments. I am down 34 pounds and am so proud of myself for just being 3 weeks post op. Everyone is telling me how great I look and how skinny my face has gotten and they really notice the difference.
The funny thing is I don't see it. Don't get me wrong, I know I lost weight because my clothes are big and I had to get out the smaller clothes but I don't see it the way they do. Is this weird or do you guys feel the same way.

I think we don't see it because we still have the outside kangaroo pouch and flabby thighs. I do notice a smaller face and I always wore tight clthes even if they are in smaller sizes now.
I know what ya mean. I have lost 90 pounds since Feb. and in the mirror I see it sorta but it is the huge clothing that really tells me I have lost that much. It's raining today so I put on my 3XL waterproof Walls jacket and I could fit another person into it! I am not getting rid of it cause it cost to much to replace and it is fully waterproof! I know it probably looks bad on me cause it is so big but it serves the purpose of keeping me dry in the rain!
