great job on the loss. As for the last few lbs how is your protien intake? are you getting enough water? what is your excercise program like? (excercise will build mucel which weighs more remember) I know its all the bassics but thats the best way to get there. I know its so hard to be so close and I do believe you can do this..........however sometimes ya just need to adjust your goal and KNOW you did a excelent job. :)

Stick to the plan like it's a job! The last 9 lbs can be really tough! Stay way low on the carbs (even good ones like fruits) lots and lots of water. Make sure you get 8 hours of sleep every night. Keep your protein intake high. Keep moving!! :)

Let me clarify: I KNOW you can hit your target weight. I don't know if it is reasonable to lose 9 lbs in 3 weeks at a year out (especially the last 9 lbs). I had slowed to 1-2 lbs a week when I got close to goal. Please don't get discouraged if you don't hit goal by your 1 year. You have done a great job! The key is that you WILL get to your goal!

Thanks for the reminders! You know, I think that I have a real problem with patience! Realistically, I know I'm a bit out of line thinking that at this point I might be able to lose a pound a day. I have re-examined my program found room for tweeting it.

Making changes seems much moe effective and proactive than purchasing a rubber mattress and hoping for a restless night so I can erase myself!

I did drop another pound as of this morning, though :D
