I was wondering if anyone has found any IPAD, or IPHONE apps that were helping in tracking your water, food, etc. i am not one that is good with journaling but if I could use my phone it would be helpful.
I am starting my 1 week liquid diet Monday and my surgery is next Monday the 16th. So any technology journaling help would be appreciated.

I use the iPhone app LoseIt. I've had it for a couple of years, and it helped me lose 20 lb. before my surgery. It tracks, exercise, food, recipes, weight, etc. Counts calories, and nutrient contents too.

Myfitnesspal is the big winner here. I have been using it since I started this journey - keeps track of all proteins, fats, carbs, calories, water, exercise, etc. Love it.

I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
