On the rest, this is about the time the hardest head work comes into play! Are you following your program? Getting in your protein? You say you don't like shakes... ok, then you gotta make sure you're getting it in another way. You may also have some of the old head/food stuff coming back around. Is this something you've been working on? Addressing why you might have overate in the past?
I know for me, at 10 months out, it is a daily struggle and learning experience staying on top of my eating and not letting old habits creep back in! Lots n lots of head work!!
Are you keeping a food journal? Are you prioritizing protein? You should be easily able to meet your protein goals with food as opposed to shakes, so focus on dense protein that will keep you full.

It seemed to be worse when she got dehydrated, so her doctor made her drink more water in between meals, and then she was told to eat multiple mini meals instead of the 3 plus a snack thing.
I would run things past your nut and doc to see if they have some help for you as well. Hope you feel better soon.
