I tried them
Yuck!! Had to hold my nose but that I was doing a good thing since I had a hard time getting enough protein
Told my Nut about it a she said they are not good for us
Don't remember how she explained how we can't process it
But it was a def no
Anyone else hear different?

My doc said its a no-no. Not the right kind of protein and lacks other nutrients.

They aren't recommended because the form of protein they contain isn't well utilized by our bodies. If I recall correctly, they contain a "collagen" kind of protein, and we need the "isolate" type.

Very Nasty!!! I have a problem with some of the protein drinks. They give me bad diarrhea sometimes. I have to be careful drinking them.

My nutritionist gave me a couple to taste them....
HELL NOOOO!! They are so sweet & strong flavor i tried the Fruit Punch & the Grape one. She even laughed at me when i told her she was out of her mind if she was planning on me getting them. lol

lol thanks everyone I am not going to order them I figured it would be a quick and easy way but i guess im sticking to protein drinks and chicken lol

they are not the best tasting in the world. If i have to use one for pick me up it has to be cold and i have to dilute it with water.
