My shoes are now to big and now causing blisters all my shoes are way to big is this normal with weigt. Loss? It seems weird that ur shoe size would go down my feet have never been big like the rest of Me.

Totally normal and took me off guard, too!! My feet had gotten so wide (fat) I was really limited in what shoes I could wear. I went from a 7 1/2 WW to a 6 regular. I made the mistake of thinking my feet were done shrinking when I hit size 6 1/2 and started to re-stock my shoe wardrobe. Big mistake because I shrank another 1/2 size.

Wow.. I never would have thought this... Will be interesting to see if it happens to me... I wanted to buy a new pair of sneaks today to go with my new pants and I am glad I didn't....

Im glad to hear this normal, i was startng to get worried. My feet have never really looked fat but i guess they were.

Yes mine did 1/2 size but my hands are smaller now
I went from size 7 ring to size 5 it is crazy the places
that get smaller.

LOL Funny Yes that is happening to me also......The width is crazy.....I had kind of narrow feet before, but now for sure haha

I haven't had that happen yet but that would be nice if they do shrink..I'm in a 12ww. I'd like to be down to atleast size 11w. Thanks for the post...it gives me hope. debby

Wow, so glad I read this, because I noticed a couple of weeks ago that my uniform shoes were coming off my feet as I walked. I just told my husband on Sunday that I need to get a new pair of shoes because I think my feet shrank and he just gave me this weird look like "yeah, right" - can't wait to show him this post! LOL

Yes very common...mine shrank in volume at least a half size and I was a med width before.. I donated most but my favs I took to the shoe repair and he was able to build up the innersole so I can continue to wear them, not inexpensive but, for a pair of quality shoes..worth it. d

Mine went from a 10w to a 9 regular. Not as much as I expected given how much weight I've lost. But it's amazing to be able to wear heels now!

I'm still preop but have post 95lbs on my own so far. I noticed my feet were smaller when the seasons changed and my snow boots almost literally fell off my feet.

I went from a 10WW to a 9W
