Not in the mountains, very envious though! When we do go, I can only stay for two days, 'cause on the third day, I've already grown roots! Anyway, yes, I'm in Cary. Nice to see another from home!

Hi Sweden! Glad to meet you! What kind of bbq base do you use in KC? It's hard to beat that good ole timey bbq with a tangy sweet taste. :)

its more of a tomato based...but sweet with like brown sugar and stuff...I would love to try real n.c. based sauce...I understand its kinda mustardy/vinegary?

We do the Eastern style in the Cary/Raleigh area, better known maybe as "Down East"?! Anyway you munch it, smoked lean pork Que is really good!
