Yup, you read it right, 101 pounds lost since surgery on Nov 6th, 2013, I am damn proud to see that!!!!

Well, things are going good, still have the wound vac on, but, it looks like I will be getting rid of it in a week as the wound is damn near healed. (Thank the lord). I will be glad to get rid of it. Weight loss is starting to slow down now but I was expecting that. Just have to work harder, do a bit more exercising (of course since all the issues that happened I haven't been able to exercise, not even walk) and all should be good.

On another note, everything seems to be under control now except for my heart rate. Just all of a sudden my heart rate went from 76 BPM to 52 BPM, now a 52 BPM is good for someone in good shape but, for a fatman with heart issues???? not good. Doctor is changing my meds around to get it under control, we will get it. Hell, I didn't come this far to fail, oh hell no that ain't going to happen.

So all in (joint pain aside) I am doing GREAT!!!! Just 12 more pounds to go and I will get under the 300 mark, can't wait to see the scale and I weigh less than 300 pounds. That day is coming and once it gets here then it's on to the next step, get down to 250 then down to 200 and I am good.
