So.... I was just wondering which one of the UNFLAVORED protein powders do you use/like...
And does it:
1. Mix well if the food/liquid is not too hot?
2. Does it add a nasty taste?
3. Are you able to add it to crystal light type drink packets without buggering up the taste?
4. Are there some things you just cannot mix it with and have it edible?
I know better than to buy flavored stuff as my tastes will change post surgery.... But I was thinking I'd order some of the unflavored so I could add extra protein into stuff as I go along... And this stuff is not cheap, so I want to get the best bang for my buck!

1 scoop is 20 grams of protein
When mixed in yogurt or any drink/food really, doesn't change the consistency. Some turned my yogurt into cement :/
Also make ice cream with it
