My sugery is Wensday at 10:30. I am excited!!! I am proud of me I am walking about a mile five days a week. I am ready to get started and join my friends on the loser beach...Move over here I come!!!!

Good for you that you are walking so much. I did the same thing and I credit the walking for a really fast recovery. I walked two miles in the hospital and it really helped with the pain becasue it got the gas moving.
I was back to work part time a week later and today I am back up to walking for an hour.
I'll be thinking of you on Wedneday - you'll do great!!!
