yep, I 've been having this problem with the all or nothing type thing. I was working soooo hard trying to get this weight off and got depressed when the doctor said i only lost five pounds in like a month. I was really upset. So, i put myself in bed for two days and didn't walk or anything. Than I got my brains back and thought that was not how I was going to do things any more!!! So, I need to keep excersizing, and eating well. But I don't have to excersise till I can't move any more. Or the opposite direction, do nothing at all. I need to even out my life. It will do me some good!

agreed! Its not good to be all or nothing. You need to strive to do your best but also not be so hard on yourself if you don't do exactly what you had planned.

Prayers headed your way Judy! You've been such a motivation and inspiration for me. Hang in there and don't be so hard on yourself. This is a journey, not a sprint :)

Judy, I also struggle with all or nothing but have been improving. Some tips that work for me are asking questions about yourself such as, "why does it have to be 0% or 100%, why can't it be any other percentage?" "Why can't it be both?" Hope this helps. Sending hugs your way.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
