Are you perhaps constipated? I had no clue how painful that could be and caused pain that moved around. It sent me to the ER and also caused puking... just saying, sometimes the obvious is easy to overlook.

Try to make notes about the pain when you have it: how long after eating? what had you eaten? where is it? Intensity on a 9 point scale with 9 as unbearable.....That may help you and your medical team figure out what is going on. :)
I would try to eliminate the sugar for a couple of days and see if the pain goes away. If it does, there's your answer.
