I have lost a total of 100 lbs. I have been sitting still for 2 months. My hair stopped falling out. I can eat most anything. I feel so much better it is hard to understand unless you have been there.
I remember talking to my doctor a few months ago about people eating chocolate. He told me about a woman that was in horrible pain after trying to eat a piece of chocolate cake. I eat some sugar. I have to have it in my coffee, and I try not to use it much other than that.
I have had some TERRIBLE pain at night. Wakes me up. No other time, just in the middle of the night. I am wondering if it is sugar or if anyone else has had this happen. I have no gallbladder, and I tell you the pain is as severe as gull stone pain. Anybody??? Good to be back.

Are you perhaps constipated? I had no clue how painful that could be and caused pain that moved around. It sent me to the ER and also caused puking... just saying, sometimes the obvious is easy to overlook.

Try to make notes about the pain when you have it: how long after eating? what had you eaten? where is it? Intensity on a 9 point scale with 9 as unbearable.....That may help you and your medical team figure out what is going on. :)
I would try to eliminate the sugar for a couple of days and see if the pain goes away. If it does, there's your answer.
