If you are constipated, try using a Tablespoon of Ground Flaxseed mixed with your shake or yogurt. I've even put in my chili or FF refried beans. It has worked wonders for me! It's the extra fiber you aren't getting because we concentrate on protein first and don't have room for a lot of fruits and veggie's right now.
=)
I agree with Shelley, the bread crumbs won't help you get where you want to be.
How many grams of protein are you getting in? It doesn't look like 70 and that's the number you need to shoot for (it usually takes a month or two to get 70 grams a day in). Most newly minted pouches can't get there without a protein shake.
There are better "bang for your buck" options than Carnation instant breakfast. Same with the yogurt since it has a higher carb count than many other protein options and it is also considered a "slider" (meaning it will just slip through your pouch so you can eat more of it and won't stay satisfied as long).
Costco has a canned chicken that has the texture of tuna. It makes great chicken salad!
Regarding the constipation thing...Try taking a probiotic each morning and add the flax Banshee recommended. That works for some people. I had to resort to Miralax in my protein shake every morning.

The wife makes a smoothie with fresh strawberries and and a bananna, it has a little milk and crushed ice. it thickens with the bananna and berries. Very good. makes it in a blender.
I went through several before I landed on the mixture I use now. I started off using EAS Lite. Then I couldn't stand it anymore and I switched to Muscle Milk 100. Eventually, I started using Gold Standard (I like extreme milk chocolate flavor). I mix it with Protizyme - Peanut Butter Cookie (which is too sweet by itself but tastes kinda like a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup when mixed with the chocolate. I use a scoop of each in my shake (along with my Miralax and a scoop of L Glutamine and Creatine).
Lessons I learned: The colder the shake, the easier it is to drink. I used to think that meant making sure it was refrigerated. Nope. Then I learned to pour it over ice. Nope. Finally I learned to blend it with ice....lots of ice!! I mix my powder with water and ice. I did the fruit/yogurt thing when I was trying to stop losing weight.
Ooh, and drinking the shake with a straw helps, too. I order big milkshake straws on Amazon. I wash and re-use them. Another trick I learned is to pour about 1/3 of the shake into a cup and stick it in the freezer while I finish the first part. When it totally freezes I can eat it like ice cream.
