You have to love kids. I told my youngest I would start biking in to school with him in the mornings, but Wed would be the first day. I was hoping he would forget, because I really just want to go to sleep. Welll I get home this morning and my bike is all pulled out and facing down the road already. Guess my sleep will be an hour later than I had hoped......

First time on the bike since pre op and what a differnce 90 lbs makes! I kept looking for a harder gear, it was moving so easy lol. 4.49 miles in 30 min flat. Not race times, but not bad for 5 months off of it. :) now to settle down enough to get some sleep before kids get home.

Awesome! You rock, I'm glad you followed through! Amazing isn't it how much we remember as we were heavier and our mind still thinks we are heavier, therefore, probably won't succeed in our attempts at exercising. But with perserverance we can SUCCEED!

Good for you! I know I couldn't do a bike ride after working all night. All I can think about is my bed.
