Yesterday, I was feeling kind of down and as we all do at times lamenting how I wish I could lose weight faster. I was thinking I would try on my size 22 jeans again and see how poorly they fit - when I started my 6 month program I could not even get in my size 26 jeans.
So, I pull them out of the closet and pull them on. I could button them but zipping was kind of hard. I didn't lie down but I did have to suck in. The last time I tried them on I didn't have to suck in - they were just tight. So, I was about to go off the deep end of depression when I took them off and saw the tag - they were not my size 22 jeans but my size 20 jeans. OMG, I nearly ran shouting at the top of my lungs to the living room to show off to my husband and son. I can't believe I can wear size 20 again. Soon, my sizes will start with a 1 and then maybe be single digit!!
I am so invigorated and excited today I can hardly stand it. It's the little things :)
