about 6 weeks out and down 95ish pounds! i am feeling great, exercising, and doing what the doctor told me. i can finally see a difference myself, mainly in my face/shoulder/arms/lower legs, and my pants & undies are way loose! lol... this surgery was the best thing to ever happen to me! i hope everyone out there keeps on plugging!
Just a little secret, you look very young, and we all worry about loose skin. I wore supportive (girdle type) underwear to help reduce loose skin and it really helps. I also wore long sleeve tops and undershirts. So go to your local sporting goods store and get compression garment type bike shorts, and underarmour type excercise shirts that hug, hug, hug your body. I mean difficult to get on and off type shirts and shorts. Usually sold in biking or running type clothing departments. You will thank me later. Best of luck to you. Oh PS...I even wore them when I was sleeping. I think it helps our cells shrink and bond together. Try it. we only get one shot at this. Susan
