I am very excited to find out that I'm pregnant, but I know that it hasn't been in the right time frame. This is my fiances first baby and he is so excited. I am also a little scared. I don't want to gain weight back. I still have 50 lbs to get to my goal weight. I'm only 5 weeks along. I just found out on Saturday that I'm pregnant, so I haven't had any morning sickness, but I have been getting nauseous quite a bit. I have an appt to see my dr on Friday to make sure that I am healthy and doing the right things.

Just wanted to let you all know because I will need as much support as I can get through this pregnancy.

I will be thinking of you girl just do everything the doctors say and the baby should be fine and as far as gaining the weight back stay active check with your doctor but alot of women are able to workout while pregnant and then once the baby is born continue to workout it is will help with weightloss. OH and Congrads

Congratulations on the baby...as said before just do what the doctor says and you will do fine...just because you are pregnant doesn't mean you have to gain alot of weight...eat right. Be happy.

Congratulations! Babies are great news :) Remember, follow the doctor's orders, listen to your body and on the days where you aren't feeling so tired go for a walk. You can walk during your whole pregnancy... just go at your pace.

When I was really in pain my pregnant friend would walk with me (she was about to pop and didn't want to walk alone) and she would crack me up because she always had ziploc baggies with her... One day I asked her, whassup with all the baggies? I guess she used to walk and sometimes it would bring on some nausea and well, she's one of those who are always prepared! lol

hey hun!!! congrats on the baby!!! i found out i was pg 10 months after surgery..but sadly we lost the baby..but the next month i was pg again and now i'm 14 weeks along!!!! my OB just wants to keep a close eye on my vitiams and stuff like that...good luck and i'm hear for ya!!!

With a healthy diet and continued walking, it'll likely be the baby gaining weight--not you! Congratualtions.

CONGRATULATIONS! Don't let fear steal your joy! Just be sure to follow all of the nutritional guidelines to ensure that you and baby have everything that you NEED to be healthy. As long as you are eating healthy and staying active, any weight gain will be normal. I will also say that both times I was preggers, I lost weight because of the increased metabolism. You might find that you need to gain.

Babies are such a blessing from God and He will carry you through this as well as with your weightloss journey...just keep eating right and keep up on your vitamins and the rest will definitely fall into place....
