At 7 days out I'm shocked that you are eating food, unless it is pureed. At this stage it is much easier to get your protein from shakes instead of food. One shake of a good protein like unjury mixed with skim milk will give you 29 grams of protein, so with two of them you're almost there. Also work your way up to the liquids amount - your pouch is a baby and it's probably optimistic that you will be able to get in 64oz of liquis yet.
You're only a week out so yes you will get exhausted. Make sure you get plenty of rest. My doctor has warned me that the tiredness will last up to 6 weeks.
Take care of you and rest!
