She is an award winning champion who started at 56!

I know that many on the board don't bother to open the links but I thought this message was so inspirational it is well worth the time it takes.
I have been thinking about her all day and to think she started at 56!
If she can accomplish that much at 74 I am sure we are all capable of doing better.
