Try keeping a food diary. You will not realize how much you eat till you put it down on paper. That will throw in a dose of reality. You are also on the last couple of pounds which can take forever to get off. Becides you should have been told that it should take 12-18months to get to goal weight. Don't push it. As you can see It can come back. And if you are still worried talk to your NUT or surgens office they should give you some advise. That is hat they are there for.
