60 Pounds Wow!!

I finally. reached 60 pounds weight loss a few days shy of 4 months my 8 yr. old weighs 61 pounds I cant pick him up or anything he's too heavy! I can not believe i had that much extra weight and more to go I'm so glad its gone FOREVeR!!

Great Job, I was at Costco yesterday and had to lift a 50 pound bag of dog food into the cart. Crazy that I'm down 20 more pounds than that. Puts it into perspective when comparing to small children and heavy items!

Congrats! You are doing great!
I have read that some people will go the store and pick up butter or sugar or dog food to what they have lost in weight and it makes you realize how much you were carrying around pre op. I need to do that! I don't think I could lift 138-139 pounds of what I have lost. It really would bring it home though!
