Oh my how the time is flying by.. 6 mos out 80 lbs down and a size 10.. I feel great and am getting ready to run my first 5k.. Who would have thought that this could be my life.... Amazing and so happy!!

That is awesome! I want to train for a 5k too. I just need to get my energy completely back and then I'm going to start. Congrats and good luck on the race!

I want to start running but I tire out quickly. I am going to do a 5k walk in May that I can do because I walk that now but running I just dont know. Elainyanna any pointers?

I started out slow, walked a lap ran a lap, each week I did more running and less walking.. I am up to 3 miles and my goal is to be at 6 by the end of June. We shall see.. Most of all listen to your body.. if it hurts stop!
