I never connected passion to interest. And that is an amazing concept, I never understood really how to become passionate about something. I just thought you were either passionate or not. But to think that you just have to become so interested, facinated and immersed into a subject, then that is passion.
I guess I've been passionate about my new lifestyle change after having gastric bypass, and am really interested is so many new things I never even considered before. Maybe this new passion for participating in life is why I've been successful at losing 165 lbs so far. It feels good to say that for the first time, I am passionate about living my life to the fullest. And it all started because I took an interest in my self and my health.
