I made the tuna patties last night, I don't think the stats she posted are correct, unless I eat two for a meal. And I probably will, they're small. But, I will chew bunches and eat slowly, see where that takes me. No weight loss for me, I didn't work out last night as I intended. Boiling some eggs right now, should have done it last night, but then I can have a couple warm ones for breakfast.

I agree on the stats, her numbers were off from mine, on the calories at least, when I plugged them into the recipe calculator. Everything else was kind of close.. but it depends on ingredient brands, etc, I guess. The Ham and Cheese soup was supposed to serve 10, but mine only made 9 - 1cup servings, which drove up the calories for me. But since I wasn't eating much it's not a big deal.

I made tuna and chicken parmisian patties. I hoope they are as good reheated (I had to taste one bite last night) Also made some hard boiled eggs. I will also start the day with a protein shake.

I am down 1.4 pounds this morning.
Made my egg and bacon thing last night and reheated it this morning and it was delicious.
Lunch will be tuna and a little mayo and dinner will be tilapia.
Looking forward to going to spin class tonight. Gotta get my spin on!

I can't eat eggs...they have always made me sick even before surgery, so it looks like white fish all day for me.

Just finished my delish tuna salad. Wasn't hungry to start with but don't feel full either. Excited to try my tilapia tonight. I've never had it but I love fish so it can't be bad.

We are rocking this girls!
Down 3.5 this morning.
Had chicken and cheese soup for lunch and lemon sole for supper.
Thankful to be chewing again.
Pilates for me tonight.
It was a miserable work day today - could have turned to comfort food easily but know I had to post on here tonight ...lol.

Tuna patties were nummy! I'm headed out to mow the lawn before it rains again and then I'm committed to Jillian Michaels tonight. Whoo! Hoping the scale will move tomorrow. Making the salisbury steaks for tomorrow. Is it ok to have a protein shake?

Had spin class tonight, great workout!
My tilapia was disgusting, didn't like the taste of it. I warmed up some of my egg bake thingy for dinner instead.
I cooked up some hamburgers for tomorrows lunch and I'll be having salmon for dinner. Not sure about breakfast, I might just have a protein shake.
Overall, it's been a good day. I felt like I couldn't eat as much food today as I could before our pouch test so that's a plus.
We are doing great, ladies. Only two more days!!!

I'm picky about how my tilipia is cooked... lately I've been finding tilipia that is parmesan crusted or tortilla crusted (yet still healthy according to the labels), I bought them both but I haven't tried them yet. In the future give tilipia another chance, just use a different recipe or method of cooking it.

My pesto tilipia is baking and the house is smelling good! Started with my usual coffee protein. Had tuna & egg salad for lunch, a little cottage cheese this afternoon. Not so hungry today, which is a good thing. Feeling lighter, my pants felt looser this morning and I am looking forward to my reg. Monday weigh in. We're rocking this thing ladies, I'm so proud of us! Tomorrow will be the same tuna/egg salad, with taco meat for dinner. Take good care of yourself, because you deserve the very best life has to offer!
