Sending you all hugs and positive energy ~ we can do this!
I just constantly drink throughout the day and it keeps the hungries away. But for some reason, like you said, it seems more difficult at home.. maybe that's why it's better to do this M-F rather than on the weekend. :D

I feel great, not deprived at all. I never really appreciated Jello before now. Even in the beginning I wasn't much of a Jello eater. But for 20 calories for a 1 cup serving it satisfies that need to eat something.
So I guess the lesson I learned today is that Jello is a great no-carb snack that does it for me.
The hardest part of today is that when I got home my boyfriend bought a bottle of wine (even after I told him I wasn't going to drink any - I think he did it to try to tempt me, but I wasn't falling for it). I didn't touch a drop and stood my ground. I did let him know that I didn't appreciate him doing that knowing that I was trying to stay away from it. But at the end of the day it's not up to him, it's up to me.
