Wonderful! I'm four days out and yesterday was day one home from the hospital. How'd ya do it? I'm going for the gold on protein today. Yesterday I only got 50 grams in.

wow that is great!! Iam 5 weeks out and can only get between 50-60 in a day!! how do you do that?

So this is what I had that day. Costco premier nutrition shake, 30 g
Bariwise Meal Replacement Shake, 35 g ( bought from diet direct.com) and than Believe Protein drink, 20 g ( bought from bariatric eating. I had got 12 bottles on sale for $17- half off.

Today, I had the Bariwise shake, premier nutrition shake and and Isopure Strawberry protein powder shake.

I like the syntax nectar protein butnhave only tried the fuzzy navel drink.

I can't wait till I can have the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, retried beans and eggs in anther 2 weeks.
