Everyting has been going great! I have lost 40lbs in 4 weeks and the day after my check in with my surgeon I am put into the hospital! I started having bad dizzy spells and nearly passed out 3 times. Come to find out my heart had went into A-Fib and my heart was beating 175 beats per minute. That kept me in the hospital for 4 days. Long story short I am on some new meds but the doctor told me that I was headed in the right direction with weight loss and my lifestyle change and that I should not be on the medicines forever. I hope everyone else is doing great and look forward to reading more about your journeys.
I am so glad for you! I'm new to the forum and only 3 days post-op, but you give me hope. This icky first immediate post-op part will pass, and things will be fin again.
Do you mind if I ask - how soon after the surgery were you able to begin exercise and what form did it take?
