I have to go in for my 3 month check up in a couple days. I hate going to the dr. office because they always say I'm not losing fast enought. I've been losing about ten lbs a months since I had my surgery, to me that's good because I mainly had the surgery so I could maintain the weight once I lost it. But they say I should have already lost close to 70lbs and I'm only at 40lbs lost. I've tried to up exercise and I'm following the plan. I don't eat enough but I can't hold more than a couple ounces. Guess I gotta suck it up and go to my appointment........

When they say it again, i think i would politely tell them I know everyone loses at a different pace and i guess i am a slow loser and i am thankful for what i have lost and its more than i have lost in the past and kept it off.
Remind them that you did this for you and your long term health and that you understand they are trying to help but by being negative isn't helping.
