3 Weeks Post Op..................

Hiya guys, I hope all of you are doing well. I have a question, what were you all eating 3 weeks post op? I am doing well and feeling great. Back to work and just not up here alot due to time. Any news to share that I should hear about*lol*

I was on pured foods. I ate Greek yogurt, protein powder, tuna with mayo and sf relish, chicken salad with mayo and celery, cold shrimp with cocktail sauce, Wendy's chili, white bean and chicken chili, Eggface's baked ricotta, cottage cheese. Basically, any ordinary protein foods that could be whizzed in a mini food processor. Sure was tasty after two weeks of liquids!!

holy smokes Chocolate it's been 3 weeks already? congrats on that! I have no advice for food as I am still in my beginning journey :) i would listen to Spotz, she seems real smart & witty lol Hope you are well!

Has it really been 3 weeks already??? At 3 weeks out I was on soft protein foods, cottage cheese, hummus,greek yogurt, tuna with light mayo, same as Spotz.

How are you doing being back to work? I found the first week back a little challenging, trying to get in my liquids all day and making sure my food/water schedule was according to plan.

I was on soft foods for weeks 2-3. I couldn't handle meat proteins well until about 10 months. Beans, cottage cheese, protein pudding and proteins drinks and smoothies were my staples at that point. Depending on how they were cooked I could maybe eat an egg. Glad you at doing well and back to work!
