Well, I had surgery on December 20, 2010. So, I had my 3 month follow-up with my surgeon yesterday. He had the results of my bloodwork that I had taken at my primary care doctor's the week before. My hemoglobin A1C was 6.1 - awesome!!! My cholesterol was 116 - triglycerides were 85. All other results were NORMAL. I had lost 50 pounds in that 3 months and he was very proud of me. Of course, I wanted it to be more but dang that is 50 less pounds of me to have to drag around. I lost 24 pre-op so actually it is 74 pounds less of me to drag around!!! Go Me!!!!
