I hit the 75# loss mark. I am 5 1/2 months out and 11 of those pounds was my pre-op liquid diet which I think was the most hard work of all of it. ;o)

I am a scale slave and try to only weigh once a week so I struggle with not letting the loss consume me. I know others have lost much more at this point but I am so happy with the way I feel and the new clothes I can wear now. I would like to lose another 75# and I really believe I can do it. So...hang in there those of you just starting out and I will say what others have said before me......This surgery was the best thing I could have done and I only wish I had done it sooner. It was worth all the struggles and hardships. Kim
