Wanted to update and let everyone know that I am doing great! Think I have become lactose intolerant though. Lol! Also my calfskin are kinda sore tonight. My mom is all worried about blood clots but I'm sure it's just muscle aches from all the walking we have been doing every day! Hope I'm right! Lol

Glad to hear things are going well for you!! I was on shots of blood thinner for the first 3 months after my surgery to prevent blood clots. More than likely you are right about soreness from walking - just keep an eye on it and consult your doctors if any change.

I recall having calf cramps after getting home from surgery. I thot it was due to inactivity. It was always when I was asleep they got me and I'd have to jump up and stomp around till the quit. The wife thot I was nuts up in the middle of the nite doing a war dance!

I had calf cramps also, doc told me to increase my calcium and iron and that helped. BUT make sure you keep an eye out for blood clot symptoms, don't want to take any chances.
