Ran/walked my first 5k race at a 12:09 min mile pace! Feels SO GOOD to be doing this - all my walking is paying off! Never would have thought of doing this a year ago - can't wait until my next race next month!! Woohoo!!!

If I can do this, anyone can!! A year ago, I was getting cortisone shots in my lower back to alleviate debilitating back pain - couldn't even walk! I'm so surprised that I'm still on the high from the run! Thanks for all of your kind words and support!!
