I finally broke into the 200's. It's been a while since I have been here and I'm not looking back. I have lost 84 pounds since starting the pre-op diet and exercise. My wife has even slimmed down and has lost 20 pounds. I have a long way to go still but I have so much energy. I haven't felt depressed or tired.

Congrats!!
My husband is trying with me too
He needs to lose a good 80lbs
What will help is that we don't go out to eat anymore
Maybe when I get to solids
But healthier choices

It's awesome to inspire people. I like to share progress to prove I could do it, show it was the right decision for my health, and to encourage others. I'm down 3 pant sizes, 2 shirt sizes, and feel great.
