It's been a while since I have been on. My 1 year is coming up and it's been a decent journey so far. There have been plenty of ups and downs. I have lost 157 pounds so far and feel great. That's about 90% of my goal. I think I can keep it going although it has slowed down. I have gone from a 4xl to an xl. Exercise has slowed down so I need to pick it back up. It does seem that I can eat more than I could so I should keep track of measuring. I still get nervous about maintaining my weight loss. I do drink alcohol on occasion and it hasn't bothered my weight. I gave up beer forever (i love beer) and switched to low calorie (vodka). I haven't had a soda in 1 year. I still get nervous to this day that I will go back. I have mastered no drinking while you eat (toughest part). I would recommend it to anyone even though it's very difficult at first and mentally trying at times.

WOW! That is fantastic 157 in less then a year! Seem as though you have it down and you are even noticing that you have some things to recheck to make sure you stick to your plan! Keep up the awesome job you are doing, you are looking very handsome in that pic!

Awesome job! You look great in the picture. I think we all get nervous about potential regain but if we just keep doing what we are supposed to do then that won't be an issue. Have you found an exercise that you love yet? That helps a lot with motivation to exercise! Proud of you!

Thanks for the replies! I forgot how encouraging this site can be. Has anyone tried the 5 day pouch test? If so, does it keep your pouch tight?
