I must say that a year has gone away really quick!!! Along with the POUNDS!!!!! Whoo hoooo!!! I feel awesome and am extremely blessed :) I honestly forgot today made a year till a friend just reminded me...so I did not weigh this morning. So I will have to write again later with my one year weigh in totals! :)

Ok so I finally got a chance to weigh....I currently weigh 193 pounds which makes that a total weight loss of 123 pounds in one year! :) with and added 30 pounds that I did per surgery for a grand total of 153 pounds!!!! :)

That first year goes by in just a blink, doesn't it? And think of how long it took to get to your surgery in the first place. Einstein wasn't kidding, it's all relative! LOL

Congrats! My surgiversary is this Saturday! I too am pleased to have lost a bunch of weight. Feel sooooo much better and getting my health back is the BEST!
