definately had a stall about a year and half out.
Stuck for about 2 months like you.
Interval training. Water. Started a new activity...started taking karate classes and working out at a dojo 2x per week for about 2 years. Biking. Cardio. Weights. Anything that helped add more lean muscle mass.
It is frustrating but you can work through it.
Mentally I had to challenge my own attitude about it EVERY single day. I had a sort of mantra of "I will be ok if I never loose anymore weight." I did this and some days believed it and others just hated it and wanted to cry. I did not have a goal weight in mind (even though my docs did).
Also I gave away old clothes and things that were just "fat clutter". So mentally I was ridding myself of excess bagadge.
Surprise! I ended up at my "goal" weight. The more I allow myself a break and live in the moment rather than the future things fall into place.
Not saying any of this is easy but that for me it was physical and mental.
Good luck!
