well it has been a fast year. I have been lucky. No real problems. I went from a size 22/ 24 to a size 12. I am a slow loser. went from 264 to 175. still have 25 lbs to go. I have not sacrificed many food, just changed the was I eat. I can eat a sugar free Klondike bar for a desert or sfr popsicles. I can eat just about anything except sweets in moderation. the first bite is usually the best Amway. I have had a bite or two of fries or a chip he're or there. they only thing I have really given up is junk food
I feel great. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis so Sonera days exercise is really hard but I keep moving.
