I was able to get it out of my shoulders while I was in the hospital....I walked like a maniac while I was there, but once I got home it has seemed to have settle on my lower left side and no matter how much I walk each day...it's still there!
They say walking is the best....good luck and my Post op is Thursday as well! Yaay Us!

I didn't have a lot of gas pains, but I hope it goes away soon.. That can't be a lot of fun...
Just walk as much as you can and it should help... Keep us posted...
