We had a discussion. My fiance made a very good case for having a garden anyway. He said right now we can't go out and do anything because of the virus and we may appreciate later having access to fresh stuff like lettuce if the food hoarding gets worse or we just don't want to go to the store.
Having something to focus on will help with stress. I don't want to be couped up indoors all spring and summer. We also have access to tons of free pallets from the farm where he works, so asap we are going to build some raised beds and grub out the old vegetable patch. We also ordered $36 worth of seeds online last night. That's everything except tomatoes. We will have some volunteer from last year I'm sure, and should be able to buy some plants. I really don't like to grow tomatoes unless they are already big healthy plants.
So I guess I will be gardening this year, just cheaply as possible, and I will share pics. I just hope my allergies get better.

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

I was recently separated from my wife of 33 years and it's complicated. Anyway I rented a room about 15 minutes away and I see my kids about once a week. I see the people who own the house I live in once in a while but other than that I stay in my room where I do my cooking, wash dishes in the shower, read, color, and sleep. I get out at least once a day. I grocery shop and I attend 2 meetings...

~~~Peace~~~
I have allergies to dust. and bee stings and trees and horse hairs and cat hairs and basicly everything in the outside. The only job I could find when I w as younger was working in a woodworking shop so I was surrounded by sawdust all day long. In the beginning, I would wear a dust mask at times but eventually, I became immune to the dust and no longer needed to wear a mask.
Everyone is different of course and some things bothered me worse then others but fine sawdust and cat dander was right up there with the worst of them.
