hi i haven't gambled in like ages, it's been maybe over 6 weeks, i realy haven't kept up the exact date i stopped, since i have stopped so many times before and failed. i got a little urge today, but most days i don't have the urge. i got myself some lavender hoping it might help sooth my nerves and restlessness. i still haven't saved much, i bought myself a new mobile, a tablet, perfume, and other odd bits and pieces. i still haven't quit smoking, i just can't do it that is way too hard for me, and people don't understand how really really hard it is to quit smoking, it makes me depressed to think about it. anyway, i saw my counsellor this week on wednesday, and i said to her i have really improved, my mood is not as negative and if it is i seem to control it as i wish to change slowly at my own pace. i was wishing she would really cheer and congratulate me for ot gambling, not making any bet whatsoever, not a penny spend gambling, no lottery no scractchies no pokies, nuthin, and i was disappointed that is why i came here, i really need to feel like i have come far and need a pat on the back for my acchievement, so please congratulate me it will make me feel better. i really have the need to celebrate but i don't have any friends to go out with to do that because i quit gambling, lol. so thanks.
