1. families almost always trigger some unresolved emotions
2. We compulsive gamblers must have a healthy routine or program that includes tools like affirmations, meditations, exercise, self care, social outlets, journaling, a gratitude diary, mindfulness and prayer.

Give yourself some kudos for recognizing a trigger, intervening in your own urge, talking to your family about it and giving up direct control of your funds! That is HUGE!
Just keep doing the next right thing. Each time you defeat the urges you will be stronger.
