Could you please keep me in your thoughts and prayers today. have to open up about my addiction and debt to my family today. I have been talking about it on here but have still been trying to hold off. Fighting the change! Today I will be talking to my parents, I need their help with getting things on track. Then this weekend I will talk to my husband.
I am so scared, but I want a better life again, free of addiction.

Hang in there. This is too hard of a journey to go through alone. Even if your family is shocked or judgmental or angry or sad or scared for you in the short-term, it is better that they know. Your vulnerability and honesty are worth it.
Hopefully your family will be supportive in the long run.
