For now, this is the only answer I have in my mind.

I don't want to hurt myself again. There is a better life than getting stressed with gambling. :)

Very proud of you. It is the right step. I did this myself and just knowing I cannot go back to the casino helped tremendously. It will take that option away and help you to focus on more productive things!

self exclusion is the only way sometimes to get us to the
starting point of realizing that we can never gamble,
never go into or near a c - - - - - again forever more.

Some places take it seriously and others don't
so be sure to put the other obstacles in place so
that you don't have the time or money to go or be there.

I am happy that you are now seeing a counselor
and have someone around to take you and to
also offer "in person" support, the other - we can provide.

You again, as I have stated earlier, are just a pillar of
strength to come and share the very dramatic events
that took place because of gambling.
I am so proud of you and thank you for giving us
all something to ponder and to learn from.
