I hope you do go through with it. I understand that it is very different in NV - slots everywhere you go - but when that urge hits we tend to want to go to "our" machines. The urge itself can pass in a short time, but a lot of damage can be done with a split second decision.
You are going through a lot these days so I imagine your urges are rearing their ugly head. If you do 86 yourself, it may give you a precious bit of time to ride it out. It's just another roadblock in your path.
Urges have not been a part of my struggle (thankfully), but I take comfort in knowing that if they ever do, the fear of arrest will probably prevent me from acting on them. When I excluded at my casino, I remember being asked if I wanted to exclude for 1 year, 5 years or lifetime. I chose lifetime and the man helping me asked if I was certain because I cannot take myself off of this list - ever. I asked him what the point of banning for 1 or 5 years was when I would never be able to gamble "normally" again. He just smiled and told me he was required to inform me that it is irreversible.
Don't look for reasons not to do it. That casino has enough of your hard-earned dollars. Let them know they won't be getting another cent from you. Think of all the pain you've endured in that place and this is your chance to give them a well-deserved "F-YOU"!
Don't overthink it.
You are doing great! Stay strong and take care of yourself. I'm rooting for you.
