There was a day that I looked at my husband and I said, "I am not prudent." He is use to me saying something random and he laughed. I did not laugh, I was sick, I was trying to tell him for the first time that I had a problem.
I too have been a giver, and this addition took that away from me. I too have considered my money God's money, after all it is God who gives me the ability to make it. I also have bargained with God during my addiction. Uggggg.
This morning I made it a purpose to give, and it was so fun! I feel like me again.
This addition is evil and will sneak up on a person and turn them into someone they wouldn't even be friends with.

I quit 40 days ago today, and I made a deal last week that doubled my business revenue. I've also hired a new person 20 days ago and am searching for another new hire now. It's amazing. I agree; the money is not ours. It's just an illusion. Money is nothing more than energy that tends to be transferred to the person who is best equipped to handle and/or grow it. When we block ourselves out by gambling, we also block the ability for good fortune of all kinds to come to it.
